She is consistently ranked among the top 1% of realtors nationwide and recognized as one of the top 20 real estate professionals in New York State. In 2024, she and her team closed over $150M in transactions, earning a spot in REAL Trends’ 2024 list of America’s Top Real Estate Professionals (#8 Small Team in NYC). A native New Yorker from a real estate family, Alli honed her industry expertise early on at CB Richard Ellis – where she was part of the team that closed the record-breaking $10 billion Stuyvesant Town deal – and later refined her eye for style in fashion roles at Barneys and Bloomingdale’s. A graduate of The Spence School, the University of Pennsylvania, and Columbia Business School, Alli lives in an Upper East Side co-op that she gut renovated with her husband and three children. She is known for her savvy off-market deal-making, strong negotiation skills, market insights and well trained-eye for both fashion and homes – qualities she often shares with her followers on Instagram (@allilovesnyc).
