Allison L. Chiaramonte (Alli) is the Co-Founder of the Atelier Team at Compass and has been consistently ranked in the top 1.5% of the 1.6M realtors nationwide since 2019. Alli and her team closed over $136M in deals in 2022 and were most recently recognized by REAL Trends as one of America’s Top Real Estate Professionals by Sales Volume in 2023, the ATelier Team was ranked the #18 Small Team in New York City and #20 Small Team in New York State.
Alli brings a savvy business approach and strong negotiation strategy to the luxury real estate market. She is widely respected by her colleagues for her insight, drive and focus. Drawing on her experience as a native New Yorker, a former fashion executive, MBA, and mom of 3, Alli is always in step with the New York market.
Alli’s personal experiences buying, selling and renovating multiple properties, including her Manhattan House Condominium and current prewar Coop, has cultivated Alli’s keen understanding of New York City real estate from an insider’s perspective. Not only has she lived in Carnegie Hill, Midtown, Chelsea, the Upper East Side and the Upper West Side – which gives her a unique point of view – she truly understanding what constitutes a savvy investment.

Prior to founding the ATelier Team with her business Partner, Tania Friedland, Alli was the #1 producing agent and in the top 10 producing brokers for the prior 3 years at her previous firm. In 2019, Alli was also ranked #180 nation-wide and #19 in New York City amongst top real estate professionals by sales volume in The Thousand, a prestigious annual awards ranking and featured in The Wall Street Journal. In addition, Crain's, Forbes and Real Estate Weekly have all recognized and labeled Alli as a rising star.
Alli is a native New Yorker who grew up with a real estate attorney and a real estate investor/manager as parents who ignited her early interest in Real Estate. From her school days at The Spence School, to college at University of Pennsylvania, and to her MBA at Columbia University – Alli always had an eye for real estate. Her business acumen was sharpened working on commercial deals at CB Richard Ellis, where Alli helped close the largest single real estate sale in US history as part of the team who worked on the $10 billion dollar Stuyvesant Town deal. After business school Alli added fashion and style to her tool box, working as the Senior Women’s Designer Buyer for Barneys New York.
