Alison MacCracken is a force in the Los Angeles real estate market. With a real estate background in the US, China, India, and Mexico, her exceptional knowledge of various markets, refined negotiating skills, and data-driven strategies are just a short list of what she provides to each client.

She has collaborated with homeowners, commercial developers, land use attorneys, and public officials to shape zoning regulations in the City of Los Angeles. Her leadership and efforts have saved billions of dollars in residential real estate values throughout the City, and resulted in producing exceptional results for her clients' and their real estate portfolios.
In 2010, Alison transitioned from commercial real estate to residential real estate and began building a model that would specifically serve Baby Boomers, Trustees, Fiduciaries and Attorneys as they face the need to sell residential real estate. Alison excels at helping clients considering relocation, selling a family home or inherited property, downsizing, aging-in-place or facing probate. Her experience blended with her extraordinary compassion, creativity and solution-based personality make her the perfect listing agent.
Prior to moving back to her hometown of Los Angeles, Alison learned from the best in commercial real estate, traveling the globe and working with top Fortune 500 companies and developers including Morgan Stanley, Gerrity International, Walmart, SCITIC CP, and Mantri.
Alison is a Certified Probate & Trust Specialist (CPTS), as well as a Certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). She is licensed in the states of California and Georgia, and has her B.S. in Economics and certificate in Business Management from University of California San Diego (UCSD). Alison is a founding board member and volunteer of Westside Pacific Villages, a non-profit organization assisting senior citizens remain in their homes as they age.
