Alinda Durand Iman brings a diverse experience to the processes and practices of her real estate business. Her goal is to make purchasing and selling real estate stress free for her clients. She has extensive knowledge and expertise of emerging real estate market conditions, ever-changing regulatory and legal requirements and local community real estate activity and trends. She is committed to gain the trust of her clients through respect, honesty and integrity. That is the cornerstone of her success in assisting her clients in making educated decisions regarding their real estate investments.

She earned a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and Engineering Management from the Catholic University in Washington, D.C. Her training developed communication skills as well as strategic thinking which helps her to develop specific plans to reach her clients goals. Also, her teamwork skills allow her to collaborate with other participants to a real estate transaction to reach win-win outcomes. Her attentiveness to the process combined with her ability to intuit permits her to anticipate and resolve potential issues.

For the past twenty years she has lived in the Chevy Chase area with her husband, an aerospace engineer, and their three sons. When she is not immersed in the business of realty, you will find Alinda mastering her culinary and baking skills, walking her family dog, reading and cycling. She completed her first century road bike ride (100 miles in a day) in 2010 and participated in the Civil War Metric Century ride in September 2011. On any brisk, sunny day you may see her cycling through Rock Creek Park.
