★★★★★ As first-time homebuyers, Alice Siah, met all of our real estate expectations and more. She was patient with us as we visited open houses across several cities as far as two hours away from the Bay Area. If we could not attend, she would visit a listing on our behalf and send us pictures & videos along with a detailed summary of pros & cons. What we appreciated the most is how Alice educated us about buying a home. She always answered our questions from different perspectives, which was extremely important to a couple of novice buyers because we only had ideas of what we imagined our home should be instead of what was practical. The few agents we worked with in the past were not like Alice in this way. We also never felt rushed into making decisions because Alice always reminded us to love where you live. When we finally made our first offer it was accepted within hours, we couldn’t believe it. We weren’t even the highest offer, and at that point we knew Alice really advocated for us. Throughout the fast-paced closing process Alice made sure we understood every step of the way and promptly responded to our questions by phone, text, and email. In parallel, she helped us organize appointments with contractors to get quotes on work we wanted to complete before we moved in, and arranged to have unwanted appliances removed. Finally, Alice setup a special evening for our family on the night she handed us our keys. It was such a nice way to celebrate our journey with her, and it is a night we will never forget.
