Ali has been a Rye resident since 2010. Ali is dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve their real estate dreams in the vibrant community of Rye and its neighboring towns. With a passion for connecting people with their perfect homes, Ali brings a unique blend of expertise, enthusiasm, and local insight to every real estate transaction. 

What sets Ali apart is their genuine love for the real estate industry. Before this, Ali graduated from Villanova and Columbia university and had a successful 20 year career as a nurse. Through the process of buying, renovating and selling several of her own homes, Ali fell in love with the dynamic nature of the market, the thrill of finding an ideal home, and she has the unique ability to add value to each property. Ali believes that real estate is not just about buying and selling properties, but about matching people with their next home. 

 Having lived in Rye for 14 years, Ali has developed a deep appreciation for the area's neighborhoods, schools and community. This local expertise, combined with an eye for value and a keen understanding of market trends, has allowed Ali to begin her real estate career with the Jess Sigmund Team at Compass. 

 Beyond the world of real estate, Ali finds joy in playing tennis, golf, her weekly Barre classes and walks on the Long Island Sound, skiing with her kids, strong coffee and trying all the new local restaurants. As a mom of 3, Ali understands the importance of finding the perfect town for every family, and they are committed to using their expertise in schools and children’s activities to make that a reality for their clients. Ali is also a member of her school’s PTO and actively participates with local charities and philanthropies, which keeps her personally connected to the community. Ali has spent over 20 years with her large extended family in the communities of Jupiter, Florida and Westhampton Beach, Ny and would happily work with clients in both places.
