"When we sold our place in San Francisco in one day, we thought the hard part of moving to Wine Country was over. Which only shows how naive we were about an extremely aggressive and competitive housing market. As we quickly learned, not only was inventory very low, virtually every place we liked attracted multiple,above-asking offers.
Our search ended up taking over a year and Alex was the only agent we used. We got to know her well on our weekly visits to potential properties.
