About Alexander
Alex Griffin is an Estates Agent at Compass and an Associate Partner with LHspaces. Within months of earning his real estate license, Alex had fallen in love with Los Angeles real estate after closing his first deal. Working closely with his brother Brian Griffin, Alex has quickly gained an intimate knowledge of the city, its micro-neighborhoods, and burgeoning communities.
When it comes to Los Angeles architecture and design, Alex cites Frank Lloyd Wright as his favorite architect. "I've always appreciated how he seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living to create a distinct Californian aesthetic. His influence in Los Angeles is boundless; it's referenced in everything from the city's shops to museums." Of Wright's work, Alex especially admires the Ennis House, Freeman House, and Storer House.
With his clients, Alex follows a mantra of "education and service above all else." His favorite part of the buying and selling process is building a relationship with his clients and helping them to realize their real estate goals. "Everyone has a dream of success, and that usually involves owning their own home," he explains. "For me, there's nothing more fulfilling than helping my clients turn that dream into a reality."
During his leisure, Alex can be found volunteering and supporting his local communities. During the weekends, he can be found volunteering with his brother for the Hash Tag Lunch Bag Organization which provide meals for the homeless locally. Alex can also be found supporting the First United Methodist Church of Santa Monica during their annual trips to Haiti, building hospitals, schools, wells and other essential resources for the community.
