National Real Estate Brokerage Opens new office in Delray Beach
Another Compass realty office has opened in Palm Beach County, this time in a historic house in downtown Delray Beach.
The 2,000-plus-square-foot office opened Jan. 26 in a 1939-era house at 102 N.E. First Ave. It will serve as the headquarters of The Premiere Group, a team of Compass real estate brokers headed by Alex and Margot Platt that focus on residential real estate. About 15 people will work in the office, said Alex Platt, principal agent of The Platt Group.
Compass opened an office in Delray Beach because "the once-small beach town has grown to be a top destination in Palm Beach County," Platt said."There was a need for an office in Delray because so many people are moving to the trendy Atlantic Ave. area, not just for a second home but to make this area their primary residence," Platt said.
