Alana Davis has been exposed to different facets of the real estate industry from an early age, starting with an architect father, eventually moving into investing in the renovation and sale of homes as an adult, and began her career in residential sales in 2005 in her home state of Florida.
Moving to Frisco, Texas with her family in January of 2013, she attributes part of her success in North Texas to her children’s baseball and softball schedules. Attending their games required extensive travel to areas that she might not have otherwise discovered. Alana also credits her background as a high school English teacher with her ability to relate to her agents and their clients. Research has resoundingly shown that teachers make excellent Realtors® because of their highly developed communication skills and extensive experience with setting expectations and meeting them.
In 2019, this combined background of Education and Real Estate progressed into leadership with the role of Sales Director for the Sotheby’s North office in Plano where she had the opportunity to grow that office in both agent count and average sales price, help agents increase individual productivity while keeping current on the latest in industry changes, and move into a new space in Shops at Legacy prior to accepting the role of Sales Manager for Compass Frisco.
Alana has two children, Jack, a college sophomore, and Avery, senior at Frisco Independence, and resides in McKinney, but loves all of the North Texas community.
