About Aimee
With over 18 years of sales expertise that includes residential sales and New Development, and a firm grasp on the trends, inventory, and current conditions in New York City's real estate market, Aimee provides a curated real estate experience for her clients that is both conscientious and informed. Aimee understands that time and space are New Yorkers’ two most desirable commodities. When working with buyers, Aimee identifies the specific needs of her clients and works swiftly and thoroughly to connect them with the right properties. When representing sellers, she thinks creatively on how best to market their properties, which includes invaluable staging advice and an in-depth, strategic look at the market to inform pricing that achieves the highest figure. 

Her professional, discreet approach, combined with the support and collaboration of the award-winning Leonard Steinberg Team, ensure that buyers and sellers alike are treated to the most knowledgable and substantive real estate service available. Her client base includes a full spectrum of high net worth buyers/sellers and public figures, as well as those who are new to the New York City real estate process. She is experienced at working with business managers and financial teams, and has vast resources to aid in the home-buying/selling process and commercial sales.

Though her primary focus has been the downtown Manhattan and Brooklyn luxury markets, Aimee also holds licenses in Greater New York, assisting clients as far north as Ulster County and east to Long Island. She also has many deep connections in Westchester County, NY and Fairfield County, CT having lived and practiced real estate in the area for over four years as one of the pioneering agents to represent the Compass brand in those territories. As such, she is as fluent in selling stand alone homes and working with municipal agencies as she is selling condos, coops, townhouses and new development in NYC--a critical resource for many of her clients who own second homes upstate.

Prior to her experience as a realtor, Aimee had a successful career as a writer and editor for Paper and Time Out New York magazines among other publications. She later went on to run an award-winning bed & breakfast near Woodstock, NY, where her hospitality, design aesthetic and marketing abilities were recognized by numerous publications, including Elle Decor, Travel & Leisure, and New York Magazine, to name a few. Upon selling her B&B, Aimee parlayed her passion for design into a successful Home Staging Business which eventually lead to her career in real estate. Her eye for detail has made her the go-to real estate staging and design resource on The Leonard Steinberg Team, where she uses her proven styling techniques and a refined aesthetic to help owners and developers sell with confidence.
