"Aiden took care of everything for us, as we were selling a family home from a distance. He arranged for the house to be emptied, installed smoke detectors, met inspectors, the oil tank reader, and any other worker we needed to come to the house. He even met movers who were picking up and transporting items we were keeping, which really had nothing to do with the sale per se. He truly went above and beyond. "Aidan helped us purchase a first home in Charlestown, MA. After spending 5 years renting in South Boston, we were ready to buy. We weren't decided on Charlestown or Southie, so Aidan expertly guided us through both locations. When we ultimately honed in on Charlestown, Aidan patiently worked with us to find the perfect home. He was nearly instantly responsive in what was a very tight housing market in Spring 2021. His guidance was crucial, calm, and levelheaded when helping us decide upon offers on various properties.
