About Aeysha
Aeysha Corio has come from a comprehensive professional background both in technology and in real estate. Her many years of selling technology products and network security services to fortune 500 companies and nearly 2 decades of property valuation as the COO of Black Diamond Appraisals Inc, a residential real estate appraising firm, gives her a unique skill set for today’s modern real estate landscape. Aeysha’s collaborative approach allows her to keep her client’s needs at the forefront of the home buying and home selling journey. Aeysha believes that organizational and interpersonal skills are at the core of any successful negotiations and attributes her ability to repeatedly exceed her client’s expectations to that belief.
Providing good data and proper evaluation of the current real estate market and trends are key to helping people make decisions that are right for them and Aeysha takes pride in providing honest, measurable information that empowers her clients in their transactions.
Though her real estate career ticks all the right boxes for her professionally, Aeysha finds time to volunteer in her local community through her annual One Warm Coat drive for St Vincent De Paul Women’s Shelter, and an annual turkey drive for Loaves and Fishes soup kitchen. Additionally, Aeysha contributes to student needs and the baseball program at De LaSalle High School. Aeysha is a member of the City of Concord’s Community Institute and the Concord Pavilion Outreach Committee, which fosters greater community inclusion of Concord’s many resources. Aeysha is also a committee member for the Contra Costa Association of Realtors® Technology Committee which helps bring exposure to tech tools to aid Realtors® and their clients as well as evaluate industry disruptors to ensure that industry standard ethical practices are being adhered to.
In her spare time Aeysha enjoys trail running, tennis, cooking and traveling with her four children and husband as well as discovering the joys of empty nesting.
