Adrienne Schuele

Adrienne has been a leader in Real Estate in the Hope Ranch and Santa Barbara areas for over 30 years. She has served as the Vice President of the Santa Barbara Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors & Property Rights Issue Chair for the California Association of REALTORS®. In 2015 she was given the highest honor by the SBAOR, the Distinguished Service REALTOR® award and in 2014 the SBAOR President’s Award.  In 2020 she was named Honorary Realtor for life.

Adrienne is a marketing agent who quickly brings new marketing experiences to buyer consumers on every property she has listed: video, floor plans, 3D walk-throughs long before Covid hit, social media exposure, featured property websites, professionally designed e-mails, brochures, Open House events, newspaper ads and direct marketing mail pieces, are all incorporated into her aggressive property marketing plans.
