Adriana Briceno is a Real Estate Advisor expert in Miami-Dade and Broward County, fluent in English and Spanish.

After graduating from the University of Houston with a degree in International Business, Adriana bought a boat and docked it in Aventura FL, to live aboard. She fell in love with the beautiful city of Miami, its coastal buildings, turquoise waters, and outdoor lounges.This gave her a passion for selling homes in this paradise town.

Adriana distinguishes herself as a Realtor who is competent in handling transactions of all magnitudes, with the capacity to work with people from all walks of life.

Having been on either end of the closing table, Adriana has worked with developers, first-time home buyers, home relocations, investors for multifamily and passive income and more.
