Where most agents are seemingly unmotivated to show properties, Adriana would rough out heavy downpours and snow to accommodate back to back showings. Also with my permission Adriana showed my home with multiple tours on open houses taking advantage of the late summer weather and foot traffic that was allowed to us in our area of Wicker Park.
I've had agents on previous properties not want to do as many open houses and I think the exposure is what helps. Being a long time resident of the area I couldn't have felt more comfortable with someone who knew Wicker Park and Bucktown as well if not better than I did. I think it was invaluable to us list with someone who understands the vibe and energy of your locale. About Adriana
Adriana Bahena was born and raised in the West Town neighborhood of Chicago. She quickly became familiar with many of Chicago’s diverse neighborhoods, exploring the city through the many train & bus routes Chicago is known for. “I love that Chicago offers you the opportunity to purchase in a mid-sized vintage building and walk to the lakefront or a full-amenity luxury high-rise in the middle of Michigan Avenue, endless real estate possibilities.” Adriana enjoys meeting new people and exploring new places. Currently, she is part of the Busby Group at Compass.
Adriana pursued real estate and became licensed in May 2016. In the last five years, Adriana has worked with teams whose volume exceeds $30M in sales annually and has acquired the skills necessary to work with a high volume of buyers and sellers at varying price points. These experiences have added to her love of the city, where she continues to be amazed at all of its beauty.
