About Adam
Adam is the founder of The Collective Team
Adam was born and raised in the Flatiron District of Manhattan. His lifelong knowledge of the city and his vast local network in his 15 years of working in residential real estate has given him a keen insight into today's unique marketplace. He has successfully closed multi-million dollar sales and purchases in condos, co-ops, new development buildings, and townhouses throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn as well as representing landlords and tenants on rentals.
Adam received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. Not only does he have extensive experience with the business side of residential real estate, but he also has expertise in design aesthetics, helping clients to see a property's potential by advising on interior design, staging, and layout. Thanks in part to his degree in Fine Arts and the influence of his father, a prolific painter who had exhibitions at the most renowned museums in the city, including the Museum of Modern Art, Adam has the rare ability to bring each property to life for his clients.
