About Adam
As a Nashville native, Adam joined the Knabe Home Team at Compass after years in the sport tourism and athletic facility design industries. Having experienced the life-changing benefits that wise real estate decisions can make, Adam was eager to focus his efforts on helping others achieve their lifestyle and investment goals.
Having grown up in Middle Tennessee, Adam developed a passion for how the business of sport can drive economic growth and spur new development as evidenced by the revitalization of Broadway that followed the openings of Bridgestone Arena and Nissan Stadium. Wanting to further Nashville's growth, he served as the Vice President of Marketing and Development for the Nashville Sports Council and Music City Bowl where he helped recruit and host a variety of events that include multiple SEC Basketball Tournaments, NCAA Women's Final Four, and the 2016 NHL All Star Game. While at the Nashville Sports Council, Adam served on the board of directors for the Greater Nashville Hospitality Association, Gulch Business Improvement District, and The District that serves the historical preservation and growth of Broadway, Second Avenue, and Printer's Alley.
After his time at the Nashville Sports Council, Adam worked for a local company that focused on branding and experiential design predominately for professional sports teams and collegiate athletic programs. There Adam honed his sales and contract negotiating skills by structuring many multi-million dollar design and construction contracts with clients such as the Dallas Cowboys, Kansas City Chiefs, and University of Texas as well as local franchises and universities that include the Tennessee Titans, Nashville Predators, Nashville SC, Vanderbilt, and University of Tennessee.
While appreciative for the experience gained through past endeavors, he finds nothing more rewarding than seeing how finding a great home serves the needs of a growing family and is constantly motivated to help clients maximize their returns on real estate investments.
