About Abhi
Born in India and having moved to the Washington Metro area in 2017, Abhi brings with him 22-years of experience in international real estate transactions.
In his work as the CEO of New World Hospitality Pvt Ltd, Abhi has had extensive experience with the identification of potential properties for the company’s diverse international clientele including all aspects relating to aggregating and acquiring large land parcels, obtaining regulatory approvals and laying the groundwork for the implementation of major residential projects.
Additionally, his personal initiative with Leisure Estates India Pvt. Ltd., a company he incorporated in response to the rapidly expanding second-home market gives him experience in identifying, purchasing, obtaining regulatory approvals, developing basic infrastructure and selling the investment properties on successfully. He has successfully concluded numerous transactions with this company giving his investors secure and attractive returns.
Abhi has teamed up with The Toni A. Ghazi, Group at Compass; a Real Estate Group with over 16-years of experience in residential real estate in the Washington Metro area. Together as a team, we will be able to provide a unique multi-cultural perspective with particular emphasis on the sensitivities and nuances required by discerning international clients.
