From the very first conversation to past the closing, Abe is extremely thoughtful, immediately responsive, and goes above and beyond to make the process seamless, profitable and enjoyable. Our sale was complicated. It was on a short timeline, we were moving out of state, and we wanted to make a profit. He dug in and helped us find a team of great resources (painters, lawyer, videographer and photographer) that in a packed housing market prioritized us and did excellent work at affordable rates.
