About Aaron
With a passion for real estate and architecture, Aaron Mirsky is well-known for his outstanding service, local knowledge, and many successful transactions. This includes single family homes, condos and multi-family buildings throughout the Westside. Currently he specializes in Santa Monica, particularly the areas north of Wilshire and north of Montana Avenue. Additionally, he represents buyers and sellers in Brentwood, Sunset Park, Mar Vista and Sherman Oaks/Studio City.
A Santa Monica resident for more than 35 years, Aaron has intimate knowledge of the Westside neighborhoods. As a husband and father of two, he also understands the challenges people face when buying or selling a home. His clients appreciate his expertise and depth of knowledge, as well as the personal attention Aaron provides, listening closely to truly understand what his clients want and need.
"I devote time to each client to help them navigate the housing calculus of the Westside," Aaron says. "There are a lot of considerations and decisions to be made and I help buyers and sellers determine the ideal situation for them. I understand the cycles and trends in order to get the best offer possible." This includes analyzing the market landscape to determine pricing, marketing, and other metrics to create the best listing or offer possible, whether it's an individual home or an investment property.
Aaron spent over a decade in marketing and advertising, which provides a distinct client advantage, from choosing the appropriate marketing for the listing to knowing the right talking points to highlight the property, and understanding what will resonate with buyers. Working collaboratively he can be efficient with his clients' time and effective with vendors and partners.
When not selling property, Aaron enjoys coaching his son's soccer team, surfing in Ocean Park, sailing Santa Monica Bay and practicing yoga. A Santa Monica resident, Aaron holds a bachelor's degree in Visual Arts and Communications from the University of California at San Diego.
