"I hired Rachel after interviewing multiple realtors and she stood out above the rest as being knowlegable, responsive, and able to provide top notch service. She completed extensive research to help me find the perfect purchase within my budget, connected me with the right loan and escrow and became a friend in the process. I learned a lot from Rachel, and her patience and calm demeanor were highly appreciated by me as I navigated the purchase process. I've referred many people to her and plan on using her services at Compass again. 10/10 would recommend." - Anita, Escondido
"Rachel is the best, period!
I went through 5 different real estate agents before I luckily got introduced to Rachel. She took her time to really talk to me for what we were looking for in a house, schools, budget and areas. From there we searched and searched and in this market right now it's easy to get discouraged for buyers... I wanted to give up, but she kept my spirits high and kept us looking until bam, we found our dream home.
Not only did she help then through the crazy Escrow process, but then day 1 of owning home, she helped get us into renovating and did a TON of work!!
I consider Rachel not just a real estate agent that I will refer ALL friends to, but literally a friend after this battle we went through together and won.
Our little family has it's forever home, and it couldn't have happened without Rachel." - Sheila, Fallbrook

"My wife and I had a great experience working with Rachel. It was my first time buying a home and we were not sure if we could afford to buy. Rachel immediately put us at ease and was always available for questions. She was flexible with our home wishes and provided listings that matched our specifications. Rachel also connected us with a financial advisor who gave us additional knowledge and the courage to take the home buying leap. If you want a real estate agent who will listen to your requests and will work with you along the home buying journey Rachel is the agent for you. She will take away the stress of house hunting and will make it a fun process." - Natalie, Chula Vista

"We sought out Rachel, when we wanted to buy a home in the San Diego area, because she had done such a wonderful job for our son in his purchase of a home in Encinitas. We were not disappointed. We had never bought a home before (though we had built one) and were babes in the woods when it came to the daunting task of dealing with all the complications involved in home purchasing, and we found that we could always turn to Rachel for explanations and help, and she was always extremely prompt, clear, upbeat, and helpful in the process. It didn't matter what time of day we reached out to her; we never waited more than a few minutes for her help. She was, put simply, a delight to work with from start to finish. She always went above and beyond expectations. If you are looking to buy or sell a house, you couldn't go wrong with Rachel." - Mark, Solana Beach

"It was truly a pleasure to work with Rachel during the BUYING and SELLING process. She was professional who listened and took the time to understand what we wanted in a home as a new family! Rachel explained every step of the process, so we were confident in our decision!
Rachel had great connections for a variety of support people (e.g., cleaners and designers to make the selling property sparkling and cute). My family would definitely work with her again and I would recommend her to my friends." -Christiana, Clairemont & North Park

"As a first-time homebuyer, finding a good realtor was very important to us. We found Rachel thru friend referral, and she exceeded our expectations. Rachel was professional and personal! She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! Rachel was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process. She really took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns and went the extra mile by providing different contractors contacts as well as scheduling their appraisal appointments for us. She really made the home-buying process seem very easy even though the market was not on our side. We didn't think that we could land the perfect house at an excellent price and actually be very excited to move in, but she made it happen!!! We consider ourselves very lucky to have had the opportunity to have Rachel as our agent.
Thank you Rachel! " -Regleta, La Mesa

"Rachel is AMAZING!! She got me into my dream house for less than I could have imagined. She is professional, and is never pushy- she wants to help her clients find what is right for them. She is well respected by other realtors, so you get a better insight, and a better deal in the end." -Sean, Encinitas
"Working with Rachel as our real estate agent was not only a breeze but also a blast! She's the kind of agent who brings not only her A-game but also a sense of humor to every interaction. For example: during one of our showings where the past owners were out of town, Rachel wanted to show us the backyard. Little did we know, it came with a surprise - an overly enthusiastic dog! Rachel, with her quick thinking and even quicker feet, managed to give us a grand tour while playfully dodging our furry friend. It was a moment of laughter that highlighted Rachel's dedication and ability to handle any situation with a smile. If you're looking for someone who goes the extra mile (sometimes literally!), Rachel's your go-to real estate agent and will become a friend for life. She's knowledgeable, personable, and will make your house hunting journey a great experience! " -Brian, Vista
Rachel was born in 1714 on a mysterious military base in what is now Alabama (it was just forests and vibes back then). She is over 300 years old, which explains why sheās so good at real estateācenturies of experience, obviously. Rachel moved 13 times before she was in 8th grade, attending three different first gradesāshe is literally an expert in moving, which tracks, considering her dad was an Army helicopter pilot and her mom a RealtorĀ®.
In the 1800s (okay, fine, her 20s), Rachel played soccer professionally in Germany, where she lived for so long (4.5 years) that she became fluent in German and also in yelling at referees. After gallivanting across the world, she and her wife moved from Denver to San Diego in July 2019 and promptly declared it the greatest place on Earth, so theyāre never leaving.
As the self-proclaimed San Diego Pickleball RealtorĀ®, Rachel spends her days helping clients buy and sell homes, dominating on the pickleball court, and walking her border collie. When sheās not realtor-ing, youāll find her inhaling pizza, zipping around town on her fixie, or obsessing over the perfect shade of paint for your new living room.
Thanks to her parents, who have been real estate investing wizards for what feels like actual centuries, Rachel knows that selling isnāt always the best move. Sometimes, you need to strategize, reposition, and make your portfolio work harder for you. Letās sit down, deep dive into your goals, and turn your real estate aspirations into realityābecause your dream home (or dream investment) isnāt going to buy itself.
Rachelās here to guide you to real estate gloryāand she promises to make it fun, fabulous, and maybe just a little weird. Letās make some magic happen (no immortality required).
