"I hired Rachel after interviewing multiple realtors and she stood out above the rest as being knowlegable, responsive, and able to provide top notch service. She completed extensive research to help me find the perfect purchase within my budget, connected me with the right loan and escrow and became a friend in the process. I learned a lot from Rachel, and her patience and calm demeanor were highly appreciated by me as I navigated the purchase process. I've referred many people to her and plan on using her services at Compass again. 10/10 would recommend." - Anita | Purchased in Escondido, 2024
"Working with Rachel during the BUYING and SELLING process was truly a pleasure. She was professional who listened and took the time to understand what we wanted in a home as a new family! Rachel explained every step of the process, so we were confident in our decision! Rachel had great connections for a variety of support people (e.g., cleaners and designers to make the selling property sparkling and cute). My family would definitely work with her again and I would recommend her to my friends." -Christiana | Purchased in Clairemont & Sold in North Park, 2024

"My wife and I had a great experience working with Rachel. It was my first time buying a home and we were not sure if we could afford to buy. Rachel immediately put us at ease and was always available for questions. She was flexible with our home wishes and provided listings that matched our specifications. Rachel also connected us with a financial advisor who gave us additional knowledge and the courage to take the home buying leap. If you want a real estate agent who will listen to your requests and will work with you along the home-buying journey, Rachel is the agent for you. She will take away the stress of house hunting and will make it a fun process." -Natalie | Purchased in Chula Vista, 2024
Rachel was born in 1714 on a mysterious military base in what is now Alabama (it was just forests and vibes back then). She is over 300 years old, which explains why sheās so good at real estateācenturies of experience, obviously. Rachel moved 13 times before she was in 8th grade, attending three different first gradesāshe is literally an expert in moving, which tracks, considering her dad was an Army helicopter pilot and her mom a RealtorĀ®.
In the 1800s (okay, fine, her 20s), Rachel played soccer professionally in Germany, where she lived for so long (4.5 years) that she became fluent in German and also in yelling at referees. After gallivanting across the world, she and her wife moved from Denver to San Diego in July 2019 and promptly declared it the greatest place on Earth, so theyāre never leaving.
As the self-proclaimed San Diego Pickleball RealtorĀ®, Rachel spends her days helping clients buy and sell homes, dominating on the pickleball court, and walking her border collie. When sheās not realtor-ing, youāll find her inhaling pizza, zipping around town on her fixie, or obsessing over the perfect shade of paint for your new living room.
Thanks to her parents, who have been real estate investing wizards for what feels like actual centuries, Rachel knows that selling isnāt always the best move. Sometimes, you need to strategize, reposition, and make your portfolio work harder for you. Letās sit down, deep dive into your goals, and turn your real estate aspirations into realityābecause your dream home (or dream investment) isnāt going to buy itself.
Rachelās here to guide you to real estate gloryāand she promises to make it fun, fabulous, and maybe just a little weird. Letās make some magic happen (no immortality required).
