Leigh Leppert

Native Houstonian and Southern California dweller for nearly ten years, Leigh received her Bachelor’s degree in the heart of Orange County at The University of California, Irvine before moving back to her hometown of Houston. Her passion for design and creative arts was the driving factor in choosing a career in marketing. With a decade of marketing experience, Leigh previously worked as a Marketing Manager and licensed Realtor® for a team of Realtors® and was responsible for providing innovative ideas and strategies to equip their team with the tools they needed to close deals quickly!

In the Fall of 2022, Leigh joined her mother, Clare Leppert at Compass to collaborate and recreate a family tradition as Houston’s next mother-daughter real estate duo. She has always shared a passion for real estate and interior design and is eager to pave her way in the Houston market. With her exceptional communication skills, she excels in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems and interacting with clients.

Whether she is prepping a listing for the market, working with other agents and clients in a transaction, photographing listings, or working on marketing campaigns, she is obsessed with the details and is devoted to providing a meaningful product and personalized service while possessing great attention to detail. Clare and Leigh work alongside one another throughout the entirety of a real estate transaction. Clients can expect quality service and a hands-on approach because it’s not just one Leppert working for you, but two. Leigh knows the inside scoop on Houston real estate, hotspots, and happenings and is ready to serve you!

An avocado toast connoisseur and woman of the arts, Leigh enjoys traveling, photography, painting, and spending time with her family and friends. With a passion for serving others, she is an active member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and serves as a Captain on the Parade Committee. Leigh is a “foodie” who loves trying new cuisines and restaurants and feels blessed to live in a city filled to the brim with amazing food and art culture!
