Native to the Dominican Republic and raised in New York City, Felix is a bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish) individual who learned early in life the true value of resilience, discipline, and a strong work ethic to instill positive change at a granular and societal level. With the utmost determination, he earned two college degrees while thriving in NCAA baseball, reinforcing his commitment to collaborative teamwork. To further augment his proficiency in catering to the needs of his clients within the Real Estate industry, he completed a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialized concentration in Real Estate at Florida International University-FIU.
