About Bonnie Ishii
Bonnie Ishii Coen is one of the most dedicated agents at Compass. Born in Hawaii, she is a
graduate of Kamehameha School and earned a B.A. at St. Mary’s College of California. Bonnie
began her real estate career in 1992 and includes diverse
experiences in technology-related aspects of the industry.
As Client Services Manager (2001-2003)
and Senior Client Services Manager (2003-2006), Bonnie developed and managed the internet sales
program at her previous brokerage. In her role as a National Technology Representative, she trained other realtors to use
mobile solutions. She has a true passion for technology, and is committed to applying the latest
tools to serve your real estate needs. As Bonnie builds her personal real estate portfolio, she is
eager to help you do the same. Bonnie purchases entry level income and HUD foreclosure
properties in Hawaii and on the mainland, and enjoys sharing her investment strategies with her
clients. Her professional experience in multiple business cycles gives her an invaluable perspective
on today’s market. Bonnie is also very experienced in helping first-time homebuyers, and maintains
a keen interest in working with Fine Homes (Fine Home Specialist since 2006). Bonnie describes her
style as “Always low pressure, but absolutely tenacious.” She firmly promises to get back to
everyone the same day that they contact her.
When she is not helping her clients, Bonnie enjoys
traveling, golf, yoga, and spending time with friends and family. She makes it a priority to take a
yearly snowboarding trip with her husband Jeff, son Carson, and daughter Tia.
