About Shaun

With an extreme passion for new construction, Shaun also holds a General Contractor’s license which empowers his buyer & seller clients by having immediately access to in-depth information about the intricacies of homes no matter if a transaction includes an existing home or a new build.
As a life-long entrepreneur with a background in Computer Science and Business, Shaun has founded a number of successful companies in the imaging and e-commerce industries. These experiences equipped Shaun with tremendous knowledge on managing financial decisions, implementing marketing strategies, winning negotiations, and surpassing sales goals. Some of the most cherished assets Shaun possesses though is the ability to read people, evaluation situations, and effectively communicate.
