Jackie Tulumaris

Jackie has been in the real estate profession since 2001. She has been a licensed Realtor in 3 states, and truly empathizes with the challenges of moving and relocating, as a 5x transplant herself. Jackie works as a team with her husband, Doug, and an elite support staff to create a smooth, enjoyable transaction for their clients. We feel we understand what our clients want to know having lived in California, Chicago, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, and Arizona ourselves before relocating to Nashville over a decade ago.

Doug and Jackie always begin the process with a clear understanding of clients' goals. They ensure that everyone stays on the same page and has a clear understanding of "next steps" and get to the closing table in a timeframe tailored to each client. The Tulumaris Team does more than sell houses. They solve problems. They create solutions. They connect the dots. They are the that special space between where the clients are and where they want to be.

Jackie considers herself to be a personal real estate "advisor" rather than a “salesperson”. She empowers and educates each client as they build a frame of reference for price, location, lifestyle, and available amenities in their price point. Jackie sees each client as a unique individual with their own set of circumstances and needs. “I love the process of helping each client gain clarity, analyze market data, and negotiate on their behalf to save money, time and headaches. Once we’re under contract, it’s important to me that we meet our deadlines, overcome hurdles, connect with needed resources, and lead clients so the process feels less overwhelming and challenging.”

Jackie has a distinct love of city living and was a long time 12 South / Belmont resident. She now resides in Brentwood with her family. They are very active in the Scales Elementary, Brentwood Middle, and Brentwood High School communities. Doug and Jackie actively engage, network, and stay plugged in on the latest happenings in Nashville, Brentwood, and Franklin with an intent to serve their clients to the fullest.
