Born and raised in Eagle Rock, CA, I was blessed to grow up in a little pocket of Los Angeles, surrounded by tons of notable architecture conveniently tucked away from the bustling city. As an LA native, I can offer a unique insight to the growth and evolution of the city. I specialize in Northeast LA and the San Gabriel Valley, with a special interest in Spanish Revival architecture, Mid Century Modern architecture, and loft style living.
Rental properties are a passion of mine also! I have over 15 years in property management, and have overseen numerous projects and upgrades for add-value opportunities. I grew up with childhood memories of helping my father manage his properties, and through my professional experience have honed my skills to understand how to address issues and see windows of opportunity for growth in my role as agent, property manager, and landlord.
