Eric, working alongside Cameron Foster and Nate Gustavson, specializes in representing buyers and sellers of multifamily properties. Before joining Compass Commercial, Eric spent many years in the property management industry, overseeing a variety of properties, including large 500+ unit apartment complexes, mobile home parks, fraternity housing/SROs, and single-family homes. He brings valuable operational insight and financial expertise to analyze and optimize property performance. Eric now applies this experience in his role by advising landlords of all sizes on their investments. He is a member of the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors and an active member of the California Apartment Association.
