About Daniel
As associate broker/founder of The Aventus Group @ Compass, Daniel leads the team in the successful representation of both buyers and sellers of all property types throughout Orange and Los Angeles Counties. A native of Southern Californian, Daniel's background is diverse. Beginning his path at UC Santa Barbara with degrees in Environmental Science and Business/Econ, Daniel went on to receive his law degree from Southwestern Law School.
Following law school, Daniel went on to practice business litigation including products liability, general casualty defense and real estate litigation for various insureds, corporations and private principals. After a successful career in law, Daniel left the legal practice to resume three generations of family real estate brokerage services including sales, leasing and development and brings a new standard of professionalism to the local real estate industry.
Given this background and his wealth of neighborhood knowledge specializing in coastal Orange and Los Angeles Counties, Daniel provides each client with actionable strategies to obtain the best result in their particular transaction. Whether it's leading first-time home buyers, or counseling sophisticated principals, trustees, administrators, executors, conservators and/or attorneys in the disposition and/or acquisition of premier assets, Daniel's multifaceted approach to marketing, negotiating, and closing produces effective results for each client's needs.
