About Karen
Karen moved from San Francisco in 2012 and immediately fell in love with the iconic architecture of New York City. She was eager to begin a career in the high-paced New York real estate marketplace. Karen has extensive knowledge of New York, focusing on large format, luxury rentals, and sales from Manhattan to Brooklyn. Most recently, she has been working on a team to sell out a full conversion project with 13 condos at 533 Leonard in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Additionally, she has an extensive network of high-net-worth clients in downtown Manhattan whom she works with on an on-going basis for both high-end rentals and sales.

Karen owned her own events company for 12 years, so she is extremely detail-oriented, focused, and understands the needs of her clients. Her bachelor’s degree was earned at the University of Michigan in communications and Spanish.
