About Denise

Denise joined Compass after 20 years as a licensed real estate associate with national realty firms in Los Angeles and Miami. She holds a BA from California State University, Long Beach, where she was a collegiate swimmer and a film major. A Pennsylvania native, she credits her interest in real estate to a life-long exposure to all facets of the real estate business. Her grandfather was a successful investor and developer; her father an attorney, and her uncle a northern Florida land developer and real estate broker. Her mother managed and developed commercial and residential real estate properties for over 20 years. Currently residing in Coral Gables, Denise sees Compass as a perfect match for her enthusiasm for the luxury real estate market and the privilege of representing its clientele.
