Denise holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Long Beach, where she majored in film and was a collegiate swimmer. Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, her passion for real estate was influenced by her family's deep roots in the industry. Her grandfather was a successful investor and developer. Her uncle was a land developer and real estate broker in northern Florida. Her mother managed and developed commercial and residential properties for decades. Her sister was a successful interior designer in Beverly Hills, California.

Residing in Coral Gables, Florida, Denise specializes in the luxury real estate market, representing a discerning clientele. In addition to her real estate endeavors, she founded Organize Miami Interiors. This venture offers comprehensive services, including interior design, styling, real estate staging, project and property management.
