"I found Chloe after speaking to several agents as we were gearing up to buy a house. We decided to go with her because of her knowledge and experience in the area, and more importantly, because we felt that she truly understood the type of house we were looking for. All the houses we viewed were very much in the category with the characteristics we were looking for. Chloe and her team were very responsive and on point in all of our communication.
I can't recommend them enough. You won't be disappointed!" - Fiona

"In 2014, we decided to move from Texas to North Carolina. Having had terrible experiences with agents in Fort Worth (and being a particularly critical person), I was dreading finding an agent, picking a neighborhood, and accessing good local resources.
Early on, a Durham boutique owner recommended Chloe Seymore. Chloe's ability to figure us out over the phone and via online listings was fantastic. It was a couple months before we met in person and our confidence in her was confirmed with great property visits in a variety of neighborhoods that gave us an excellent lay of the land.
In my unofficial polling of the Durham/Chapel Hill area, I’ve found that 1 in 5 people are from New York or D.C., 1 in 5 list Guglhupf as their favorite restaurant, and 1 in 5 know Chloe Seymore. She has a cadre of premier bankers, lawyers, architects, contractors, painters, repair guys, etc. on speed dial. Those people plus her understanding of the cities themselves, has made this place feel like home much faster than we imagined."

"I have never written a review before but I have also never felt compelled to, until now. Chloe is a true gem. We had a few issues with the listing agent, and Chloe was by our side every step of the way, advocating and negotiating for the necessary fixes before closing. Being a good agent is one thing, but being genuine, handling potentially difficult situations with aplomb, having an incomparable knowledge base, being very responsive, and being able to always offer solid references and resources are what make Chloe a true stand out. She is the best example of how intelligence, professionalism, and a sincere care and concern for all parties involved can result in getting your ideal home.
I would highly recommend Chloe and her team!"

"Chloe Seymore was my broker in my search for an apartment in Durham or Chapel Hill. She showed me a variety of options in both cities, clearly describing the advantages of each. When I fell in love with the apartment I now own, she was focussed on not only the purchase price but any additions (such as a second parking spot) that could be included in the offer.
Chloe was a pleasure to work with and got me the best package possible. She knows the market in Durham and Chapel Hill well and is an extremely savy negotiator. I was in good hands. I love where I live." - Alix

"After renting in downtown Durham for nine years, I finally embarked on the home ownership path. Yet the very idea of the home buying process seemed so extraordinarily large, overwhelming, and unnavigable to the point of paralysis. I realized that I needed someone who possessed the first-hand knowledge of this market, especially from someone like Chloë Seymore, who has lived in the area prior to its transformative revitalization. She inspired much confidence from our first meeting. Chloë created and cultivated an attentive and trusting client-agent relationship from the start. No question was ever uninformed, too trivial, or off topic. Chloë genuinely made sure that she grasped my needs and priorities—and, imparted, all the while, her indispensable expertise. I intuited, correctly, that Chloë’s goal was to simply find the home for which I was searching. Highly professional and ethical standards, approachability, transparency, clarity, patience, an indefatigable work ethic, insightfulness, and good a dose of humor, when needed, have been consistently present in all my interactions. Chloë put in long hours working for me, and I will be forever grateful. She didn't just find and negotiate on my behalf for my first home. She also helped me envision and construct my own corner of the world. Chloë is a gem of a real estate broker, and a gem of a resource in the Triangle. Needless to add, I enthusiastically recommend Chloë. I can't assign enough gold stars for her work."
