"Sabrina Saneaux helped me with the purchase of my co-op unit in Riverdale in 2023. I was a first-time home buyer and was petrified. I remember how much I dreaded showing up for the first showing of apartments…but from the moment I met Sabrina, her calm, kind, and humorous demeanor put me at ease. She had answers to all my (many) questions, and never made me feel stupid for asking them.
I love the place I’m at now, and I have Sabrina to thank for that. I didn’t even see the listing I ended up taking. She was looking out for places that met my requirements and threw it in at the last minute on a whim, and that ended up being the place I fell in love with. It was almost as if she knew what I wanted more than I did! This is just a testament to her ability to listen to the client’s needs.
Once I chose a place, I was terrified, once again, at the prospect of filling out a massive amount of paperwork and dealing with a bunch of legalese that would make my head spin. Sabrina, with her knowledge of the industry and constant professionalism was there every step of the way to guide me. Despite her own busy schedule, she would have no problem calling me in the evening to help me fill something out. I was nervous about meeting the deadlines for the application. But with her help, we finished a week early. The closing happened quicker than any of us could have expected, and all transactions went smoothly. I really couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide me through this.
Even after the closing, I was having some issues contacting the super in the building. She contacted the seller’s agent, and within minutes I got a call from the super. She had no real obligation to help at that point. All our transactions had already gone through, and she had already been paid. But I believe she genuinely cares for her clients, and that’s not something that is easy to come by.
