"I have known Reba Miller for about 5 years. I was recommended to contact her from a friend of mine who knew I was looking to move. From day one, I really was focused on moving to a building across the street from where I was renting. I had certain requirements that the apartment had to include- apartment facing a street, had to be full 2BR, 2 Bathrooms, had to have a rooftop in the building, storage and the ability to install a washer and dryer. Ofcourse the price of the apartment was a big factor as well. Our adventure began during covid and Reba was able to show me many apartments in the building I really wanted to move to. She definitely had an eye for how to make changes to the apartments to more my liking. This was definitely a group effort, Reba would forward to me available apartments and I would also ask her about other apartments that I saw on streeteasy. Reba showed me many apartments. For whatever reason some of the apartments just didnt work out for me. I really did think at one point that I would not be able to move to the building that I really wanted to, but I kept on the lookout for available apartments. Until last August, a 2 Br/2 bath was listed for sale in the building that I wanted. She showed me the apartment and said to me " i have a good feeling about this one'! I have to say it was a lengthy process and my first time dealing with a coop board. Reba handled most of the information that was requested and stayed on top of everything. I tried to respond to information requested by the coop board as quickly as possible. This was not easy as I work full time, and purchasing an apartment also becomes a full time job as well! But Reba made everything easy and really did most of the work. I was quite the nervous wreck and Reba was so calm! I finally closed on my apartment on December 27th and moved in the end of January. "I met Reba over 30 years ago when I just started out in New York City and wanted to purchase a home. After speaking and showing me apartments she convinced me to see an apartment that had great bones as they say. When I walked into the home it was lived in by a rent stabilized Tenant whose belongings had been there a long time. She convinced me to overlook the condition and focus on the positive attributes. She promised to relocate the rent stabilized Tenant which she did working with the Sponsor on a buy out so I could buy in! Today the home is worth 750% higher in value. I would say that say that 750% says it all but part of the reason that its worth that much more is the amount of devotion Reba goes through to assure the home is always state of the art perfect and provides excellent service assuring I have not gone more than two weeks in 15 years without a tenant in place. Importantly, Reba has been the director of the sales/marketing arm for 23 buildings, converted condominiums, and cooperative buildings that include the famed Leonori at 26 East 63rd, 40 East 62nd, 44 East 67th, and 21 East 66th. She has sold and/or represented the Sponsor in other top residential towers including but certainly not limited to The Prime, Morgan Court, The Chatham, The Empire, The Carlton House, Stella Tower, The Seymour, The Beckford House, The Europa at 22 West 66th, a building that in 1995 Reba repositioned with the owner and sold out after it failed during its conversion to a condominium in the late 1980s.

Reba’s vast experience in new development and re-development includes 985 Park Avenue, where in partnership with Barbara Fox, 9 units sold at an average price of $6 million ($2,700/foot) in 2005. She successfully repositioned and rebranded 333 West 14th, the Prime Condominium, to an almost full sell-out in 2009 when the market was most challenging.

Reba is deeply involved in the real estate community and is a past Co-Chairman of The Board of Directors of the Real Estate Board of New York, was re-elected to serve on the 2024-2027 Ethics Committee (for the 4th time) and was a previous Co-Chair of the industry’s Interim Forum. She also sat on the New Development Committee, Membership, and Technology committees to help serve the real estate community.
