About Rebecca
Rebecca Wittman brings to the real estate world talents gleaned from a lifetime of achievement across a rich tapestry of pursuits.

Rebecca cut her contract negotiation teeth in Asian garment factories in her early twenties. It was during this time with Brittania Sportswear that she came to love and call the Puget Sound area home.

Eventually, she came to the art of restoring "neglected assets" through her ownership of a respected yacht refinishing business, and has since authored two highly acclaimed books (on the art of varnishing wooden boats). From that experience, Rebecca developed the ability to see the possibilities in ANY asset - whether floating or on land. She has invested in - and remodeled with her own two hands - 17 properties over the past thirty years, and considers those transformations among her greatest triumphs (second only to the birth of her son!)

Rebecca brings to her real estate practice a marketing literacy founded in truth and a keen facility for design and communication, and her professional hallmark is her humanist approach to doing business. The sense of privilege she feels in presiding over such major life transitions as the buying and selling of one's home informs every transaction, and at the end of Rebecca's "deals" there are always at least three winners: the buyer, the seller and the real estate profession.

Rebecca champions a raising of the bar of professionalism and ethics as a real estate broker, and demonstrates that commitment in everything she does. She is respected by her peers, and beloved by her clients.
