"Stephanie and her team exceeded my expectations in all aspects in the sale of our home. She has been in the business for over 25 years and knows the ins and outs of buying and selling real estate. The sale of our home involved a relocation company which she had a vast amount of experience with thus there were no issues when the relocation company was asking for specific documents or to work within a specific timeframe. When it came time to photograph the house, I was blown away. The process did take roughly half a day but their photographer uses a drone to shoot video around the outside of the house as well as moving through the house. Furthermore, he set up the drone in the center of each room to capture a complete top to bottom image of the room and when the house was listed on the website, there was a "dollhouse" mode which allowed you to see the inside of the house without the exterior walls and with each level. You could rotate and move through this 3D model (so cool). The photographs of the house (inside and out) were high quality and the video of Stephanie walking through the house explaining the key features was spectacular. During the shoot, her team was onsite putting the script together based on what they felt would sell the house (double oven, large island for entertaining, etc.). They took their time, they were meticulous and made sure it was done right. Anytime I had a question, she was quick to respond via text, email or phone and she utilized her experience to provide as much information so we could make the best, most informed decision.
