"David handled the sale of two duplexes that I owned in Sacramento. I highly recommend him. Not only did he do an excellent job of all aspects of both transactions, he was a stellar communicator. l live in the SF Bay Area so all of our communication was by phone or email and he was always available and responded quickly to each question or concern. In each very timely email he clearly explained the as advantages and disadvantageous of each issue or offer. When we got a higher offer, but with several disadvantages, he negotiated a higher price from a different buyer.
Also the property manager was very uncooperative so David had to do a lot more work for these sales than he normally would have. He didn't complain and literally NEVER criticized the property manager, thus displaying the highest professionalism.
