"I am extremely thankful for Mr. Martin's professionalism and expertise as my real estate agent in the recent purchase of my first home in Denver, CO. Robert has years of experience in the region, and he made the entire search process much easier to navigate. Robert was quick to respond, and patient and thorough when answering my many questions as a first time home buyer. My target neighborhoods and price point were extremely competitive, and I believe Robert's expertise was a leading factor that landed me in my first home. I highly recommend Robert Martin to anyone in the Denver Metro area." - Kelsey

"Robert was a pleasure to work with & although I live out of state and we didn't meet in person until closing, he kept me informed every step of the way. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my many Colorado friends for their Real Estate needs. Robert also helped me with finding good people to make the necessary repairs. Working with him was a very good experience." - Davis

"We were hoping to move to the Conifer area from out of state but because of the unusual real estate market, we were uncertain that we would be able to find a home in our price range. We elected to work with Robert after reading many other positive client reviews.
From day one of working with Robert, we found him to be an outstanding agent, far surpassing any we have worked with previously. He takes pride in his work and handles the inevitable issues of real estate transactions with ease. He was patient and understanding with our particular needs. Beyond his professional make-up (which is impressive in every way) lies a genuine kindness that makes him such a joy to be around.
In the end, we found ourselves in our dream home because of Robert and the extraordinary lengths he went to in order to get us here. Thank you, Robert!

"As a real estate investor (owner/landlord), I have worked with Robert Martin as my sole real estate agent for two decades through five purchase transactions and six sales transactions to date. He has even assisted in one out-of-state sale and another other-market purchase, providing guidance and perspective, as well as referrals.
His depth of experience and his low-key approach to supporting his clients leaves me thoroughly satisfied, not wanting for more. Robert is highly communicative, fully knowledgeable, and uniquely perceptive on all matters real estate. I have referred him many times to both buyers and sellers and continue to do so, freely and enthusiastically.
We just completed the sale of a townhome without a front entrance and when a related inspection/underwriting issue threatened to crater the contract, Robert suggested a solution that eventually closed the deal.
His sense of fairness in creating strategies that produce win-win solutions for both buyers and sellers is uncanny – that comes from experience. Robert Martin is “my guy in real estate.

"Very professional, in-depth knowledge of the area and real estate processes, very good at promoting the property, kept us fully informed, works very well with the buyers and their agent. Most of the process took place remotely, Robert's excellent organizational skills kept the process moving forward. Robert came highly recommended and provided the highest quality professionalism." - Bill
I dreamed of being a radio announcer at a “big city” station. When it came time for me to go to college, I decided to study journalism in broadcasting and management. And that college experience gave me opportunities to explore that interest. I was a play-by-play announcer for the school’s Junior College basketball team and an on air “disc-jockey” at the University of Kansas...Rock Chalk!
It seemed to be the right decision for me as I took various broadcast jobs across the country. I spent 10 years working in radio and the field of communications. I was effectively a professional communicator! During that time, I met my lovely wife Jane, we got married, and settled in Madison, Wisconsin for a few years. Jane was going to the UW there, studying for an advanced degree in French education. While working as an afternoon drive radio announcer I came to the realization that making it as a radio announcer was losing its luster. I found myself pondering what kind of work I should tackle next. I knew I loved meeting new people, working with them, and communicating with them. I sold books door-to-door during the summers in college and found the work engaging and learned a lot about human nature. I wanted to pursue a field where I could work with diverse and interesting people. It’s not all that different from how you first drum up business in real estate.
It wasn’t until we moved to Colorado that I began to work in the industry. I met people and developed organic relationships. Once people discovered I was a licensed broker, they’d come to me with questions. That was when I first realized how a real estate broker brings value to their clients and a real estate transaction.
It has been a great career for me as a dad as it has offered flexibility to spend time with my family. Jane and I have three kids, Grant, Abe, and Stella who are pursuing their careers.
A key to a successful business relationship is communication. I recognize that people prefer to communicate in a variety of ways. I stay in touch with my clients during a transaction in the way that works for them. I respect those I do business with and feel that they treat me the same. Over the years...I've learned a lot, and in the event that I don’t have an answer to a question, I’ll most likely know where to find it.
I have assisted 100's of clients buy and sell real estate and as the Managing Broker for two RE/MAX Offices for five years in Evergreen and Conifer, oversaw over 5000 real estate transactions for more than 70 real estate brokers.
The emotional aspects of a real estate transaction are at the forefront of my mind. I keep a level head to guide clients through inevitable challenges and focus on the positive end result. Assisting clients reach their goals and objectives is the high point, the pinnacle of what I do…sharing in the joy clients have at the closing table or the relief and satisfaction they feel upon a successful closing. The best part has been getting to know so many wonderful people whom I’ve had the honor of working with. I am grateful! We live in Conifer and I enjoy hiking whenever I can and long distance backpacking with friends and family...and look forward to some upcoming solo backpacking trips too.
