About Michael
Michael moved to Philadelphia in 2005 after living in NYC for 20 years where he was an art and architectural antique dealer. His introduction into real estate began with space planning and project managing NY galleries and sculpture gardens. Later, he purchased a historic property in Brooklyn, and served as his own GC overseeing a full gut renovation, converting the former commercial building into a home. A few investment properties followed. He quickly realized he had a better understanding of the real estate process than the agents he encountered along the way. His broker agreed and encouraged him to get into real estate.

Michael has a Client First approach to real estate. As each client is unique, coming to understand what is important to his clients going into each transaction, and instilling in them the knowledge they need to make good decisions, are the drivers of his practice.
