Patrick's real estate roots are deeply planted on the island he now calls home -- Maui!
Originally from Southern California, his family purchased their first home on Maui when Patrick was two years old. His earliest memories are of sand, sunshine, and frolicking in the sea. His love and gratitude for the island blossomed in these early years, and then as his family began investing in rental properties on Maui, a new passion was ignited -- real estate.
Patrick learned first-hand what an exciting and rewarding experience real estate was. He loved being involved in the planning, hard work, and creative vision that real estate requires, and these experiences inspired him to pursue his studies in real estate. Patrick received his bachelor's degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California in 2011. After a successful early career as a licensed investment advisor with a financial technology startup in Newport Beach, CA, he found himself missing Maui's culture and active lifestyle and decided to make the permanent move to become a real estate investor on Maui. This journey led him to acquire his Hawaii Real Estate license. In doing so, he discovered a new fervor -- sharing his experiences and helping others achieve their real estate dreams on Maui via his vast empirical merit.
Patrick's deep love of Maui helps him connect with his clients. As an avid surfer, sailor, traveler, and all-around waterman, he believes Maui is a unique, tropical siren drawing those who love nature and an active lifestyle. The island's natural beauty, history, and Hawaiian essence harmoniously embrace many aspects of his life.
