About Michele

As a licensed real estate agent and the director of operations at The Premtaj Team, Michele Gordon keeps one of New Jersey's top-producing groups running smoothly and efficiently at all times. She's a world-class multitasker and an adept problem-solver, and her attentive client service is legendary. With unwavering focus, Michele orchestrates the hundreds of behind-the-scenes details that go into each transaction, all while keeping close tabs on the region's market trends and insights. Serving the greater Bergen County region, she's an outstanding asset for every buyer and seller.

Michele was raised in an environment that instilled a strong sense of service, values and integrity. She quickly found success in high school as a track and basketball athlete inducted into the Ramapo High School Hall of Fame. Michele earned a basketball scholarship from Manhattan College, where she enjoyed a distinguished Division I career, serving as team captain in her senior year and playing on the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) All-Academic First Team for four years. Nodding to her penchant for tenacity and hard work, she also completed a bachelor's degree with a double major in finance and computer information systems and a minor in religion, earning a 4.0 GPA and Magna Cum Laude honors.

Michele launched her professional career with Chase Manhattan Bank conducting audits of branches worldwide. Later, as a Chase vice president, she generated significant new business for the organization and worked with client financing up to $500 million.

Michele discovered her passion for real estate with The Premtaj Team, first on the operations side, where she learned every aspect of the business. As her responsibilities grew, she obtained her real estate license and took a more active role with the team. Today, Michele is known for delivering the concierge-level service and expertise that have made The Premtaj Team an annual NJ Realtors Circle of Excellence award recipient since 2010, with platinum-level recognition since 2017.

A Franklin Lakes native, Michele today resides in Wyckoff. She enjoys spending time with her husband, their three boys, extended family and friends, often at the Jersey Shore, where she spent many summers growing up. She regularly coaches local youth basketball and can often be found taking long walks with her golden retriever.
