Lucas brings a unique blend of experience in real estate, architecture, marketing, and design. Inspired by his father, an architect, and his mother’s passion for renovating properties, Lucas developed a keen eye for homes early on. With eight years in real estate marketing—first with a photography team and later running his own business as well as managing a local Airbnb—Lucas worked with multiple firms, drafting floor plans and creating Matterport virtual tours. Transitioning naturally into sales, he joined The Eileen Foy Team, leveraging his insider perspective and extensive collaboration with top agents.
Having visited hundreds of properties across every borough, from studios to townhouses and penthouses, Lucas draws on this experience to guide clients to homes that fit their needs. Known for clear communication, swift problem-solving, and exceptional service, he ensures a seamless experience for buyers and sellers alike.
Originally from Yellow Springs, Ohio Lucas studied International Business at Baldwin Wallace University. Since moving to NYC in 2015, he’s lived in Chinatown, Astoria, Murray Hill and the UES. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with his dog, Pepper.
