"A+ !! Being newly married, new to the area AND first time home-buyers, my Wife and I were hopeful for a realtor that could somehow make this a pleasant process for us and thank GOD we got Ian! He really took the time to walk us through every step of the process from contract to close and get to know what was important to us to find the right properties to show. His finance background and detailed knowledge of the market, city, neighborhood pockets and current and planned developments were invaluable to navigating us through areas and properties and his patience allowed us to feel comfortable taking our time to find the perfect home. When we put in our offer, he was there for us every step of the way as our coach and counsel and with Ian in our corner, we ended up successfully closing on the first property we ever put an offer on--1 for 1, batting 1000, leaving us with a great experience and a property we love. High accolades from the sellers and listing agent as well, everyone felt like this was a win! Thanks Ian!."

About Ian
At the ripe age of five, Ian recalls Watching "This Old House" and becoming immediately enthralled with residential real estate. Although quite a few garage tools shy of rivaling Bob Vila himself, his love for construction and homes has been a constant from a young age. Throughout the past 13 years, he has worked in real estate as an investor, builder, and Realtor®.

Most recently, he was in the Finance and Construction industry as a consultant, controller, and business owner but the compelling call of representing buyers and sellers along with his love of Denver's modern and vintage homes could no longer be ignored. The high level of detail required in his finance background along with his construction knowledge and white-glove client service ensures that his buyers and sellers get the absolute best representation.

Ian lives in an 1892 Victorian in the Whittier neighborhood. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of Advocates for Children, he also volunteers for the organization as a court-appointed special advocate for abused and neglected children. When he is not working, he enjoys skiing, biking around Denver, golfing, and taking road trips or traveling, whenever the opportunity presents itself.
