About Cathy

Cathy brings 30+ years of sales and management experience to the Compass Pridemore Team, spending the last 20 years as a residential Realtor specializing in Dilworth, Myers Park, Elizabeth, Eastover, Midwood, NoDa and other South Charlotte neighborhoods in addition to Matthews, Mint Hill, Lake Norman and the Davidson/Cornelius/Huntersville communities.

Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Cathy worked for over 20 years in the television industry, most recently serving as Production Manager at World Sports Enterprises, the company that produced live telecasts of NASCAR races in the 90s. In addition to her television operations background, she has held Account Executive and Sales Management positions for local and regional television companies.

“Despite the fact that I received my degree in Radio, Television & Motion Pictures, my very first job as a college grad was going door-to-door, signing up Chapel Hill residents for this new technology called Cable TV. I quickly moved over to the production team as a camera operator, but my career path in television was to include many additional “side-tracks” into Sales and Marketing, which have served me well during my decades of selling homes in the Charlotte area.”

Cathy lives in historic Dilworth with her husband, German Shepherd Django and a very Rowdy cat.
